Students were welcomed into the cafeteria to kick off January’s Heritage Month Series. The theme focused on Jewish Heritage, featuring an “Israeli DJ, kosher falafel, borekas, bagels, cream cheese, pita, and hummus.” Participants filled out a Gratitude Wall organized by StandWithUs, an international nonprofit focusing on Israeli education, and groups including Hillel of Silicon Valley offered information about programs and membership at their tables.
