Mariana Haro from Santa Clara County's Rapid Response Network explains to students and faculty members of Foothill College the importance of using the "Red Card" when faced with ICE agents. The "Red Card" states the constitutional rights of the person to not allow ICE agents into their homes, not allow them to search belongings, as well as the right to not speak to an ICE agent. Red Cards can be found on campus in the BIPOC center room 2149.
