Opinions, Art, and Visual Content
We welcome and encourage student, faculty, and community contributor submissions to The Script. If you have an article, op-ed, poem, illustration, photo, or other content to be considered for publication, please fill out this form. After completion, please send your content submission to [email protected] with the subject “CONTENT SUBMISSION”. An editor will get back to you shortly, and you’ll soon be a published author or content creator!
Please note that all articles must follow AP Style, be structured at around 750 words, include 2 linked or stated sources per claim, and be fact-checked and proof-read before submission. The Script reserves the right to edit and review articles before publication in accordance with our editorial policy and for clarity, house-style, and AP guidelines. Op-eds or other content that include racist, homophobic, libelous, sexist, or otherwise hateful language or imagery will not be permitted. Publishing on The Script’s platform does not entitle contributors to staff privileges and endorsements. Not all submitted articles will be posted.
We have a strict ethics code and do not tolerate libel. Find out more about the definition here. Articles must pass fact-checking metrics in order to be published.
